Here is a wonderful marinade that I use to make fajitas with. Enjoy!!!
1/4 C vegetable oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients in shallow glass or plastic dish. Add about 1 pound of boneless sirloin steak or chicken to mixture. Turn to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Remove meat from marinade. Cook meat as desired. Add onions and peppers to meat and cook until tender. Pour rest of marinade onto veggies and cook 1 more minute. Spoon mixture into tortillas, add the fixins and eat.
