Wanna Cherry?

I love this time of year here in Asheville because of all the berries that are getting ready for harvest. We are able to pick blackberries, red raspberries, and blueberries in the wild near where we live. It's so great to experience God's provision like this. It's also so much fun to pick and make goodies with the fruit.

Our neighbor has 3 huge cherry trees in her yard and she was kind enough to share them with us. So today after a much needed rain storm, Jubal and I took advantage of these abundantly fruited trees. They are small this year because of the lack of rain but they are still so delicious. We picked enough today to hopefully make something yummy tonight.
